Domiciliary care, sometimes known as home care, covers a number of different services available to you in your home and is provided so that you can remain as independent as possible. You may need help for a short time to help you manage, or sometimes on a longer-term basis.

Delta Care offers personal care and associated domestic services to a wide range of service user groups who need care and support whilst maintaining an independent life. The company will arrange an individually tailored care package to meet individual requirements, which includes:

• Medication
• Property and Social Needs

The Company is experienced in arranging to help with those tasks that you find increasingly difficult.

The services can range from 1 to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Each service user has the right to a care service that does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnic origin, colour or creed, religion, political affiliation, disability or impairment, martial status, gender or sexual orientation. Service user will be consulted with the respect to the service provided and will be involved in the ongoing review of the service.

We are contracted providers for Lancashire County Council Social Service and Sefton Social Services and are inspected and monitored by them and the Care quality commission.

All staff have an enhanced DBS and two professional references are followed up. All staff are trained to the required standard.
